Fresh Pear-Jicama Relish

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method

2 cups julienned Bosc or Asian pears

2 cups julienned jicama

1/4 cup fresh orange juice

2 tablespoons fresh lime juice

1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil

salt and pepper to taste

 

Toss together all ingredients and season with salt and pepper to taste.
