Grape and Pear Salad with Basil

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method

2 cups seedless grapes, halved if desired

2 cups diced Bartlett pears

1 tablespoon rice vinegar

1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil

2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil

salt and pepper to taste

salad greens

 

Toss together all ingredients except salad greens. Serve on salad greens.
