Honeyed Grapes with Mint

1/3 cup honey

2 tablespoons freshly-squeezed lime juice

1 pound washed, stemmed, seedless grapes (about 3

cups)

2 tablespoons slivered fresh mint

mint leaves to garnish (optional)

 

 

In a small pan or cup, mix together honey and lime juice. Heat on stove top or

in microwave until hot.

 

Place grapes and mint in a mixing bowl, and toss with hot honey and lime juice.

Chill for several hours or overnight.

 

Yield:
