Guest guest
Hiya! yup i seem to remember people in WW eating LOTS of those breakfast cookies which ended up being like 1 point but WAY HIGH on calorie level lol.. I am VERY skinny on top any extra added unnatual sugar or starch i digest goes to hips and thighs...i can disguise this with certain style pants for a bit..but being small boned it gets noticeable...i know if i worked out more wouldnt be such a proublem but just having the energy to do so lately. be it weather or just me ive been dragging lately..I can eat nonstop all veggies and fruit and not worry been trying to find veggie ways of adding in the protein which wont pack on the pounds and are not as costly as some of the store stuff...my question for all of you though is how much is enough protien? how much should i be getting? is this why im dragging perhaps? would one chickpea type salad a day be enough for protien or no? Can and will buy veggie burgers but they are soo costlly and rather my kids eat bean related stuff than that....we are not completly veggie..me proubly the most lol i could live off of starch only .I guess you can compare me to the occasional vegetarian...i eat some ch**k and also some f**h...but trying to cut back in all our diets..How does everyone here supplement your protien? just a tad bit curious...ok now i think im a bit off topic perhaps??sorry thanks a bunch Regards Niccii Veg-Recipes, Jamie Orozco <jamie_orozco@s...> wrote: > Hi Nicole, > > I did WW and before you are correct- the more fiber your food contains, the > less points it was worth ( so the more you could eat of it.. which was GREAT > for me!)- However- they found people like me who eat a ton of high fiber > foods anyway were consuming too many calories that way to lose wieght.
