mayonnaise.

 

2. Tabbouleh, hummus and vegetarian sausage.

4. Avocado, red bell pepper and coleslaw.

 

5. Feta cheese, grated carrot, sun-dried tomato and tofu mayonnaise.

 

6. Goat's or tofu cheese, peach slices and grapes.

 

7. Scrambled egg or tofu, mushrooms and tamari.

 

8. Banana, date and tahini.

 

9. Mashed refried beans, tofu cheese, lettuce, cucumber and tomato.

 

10. Vegetable pate, felafel and salad.
