Guest guest
Right now red grapes are much cheaper than the blueberries that are suggested here. * Exported from MasterCook * Peaches, Cantaloupe, Honeydew, And Blueberries Recipe By : Vegetarian Celebrations by Nava Atlas, page 102 Serving Size : 6 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Fruits Salads, Fruit Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- ***** NONE ***** 6 to 8 servings This is not so much a recipe as a suggestion for a combination of fruits in a salad that is as appealing to the eye as it is to the palate. With fruits at their sweetest and juiciest, there's no need for a dressing or any other embellishment. Simply cut a fairly equivalent amount of peaches, cantaloupe, and honeydew into bite-sized chunks, allowing about 3/4 cup of fruit per serving. Place in an attractive bowl (a glass bowl shows the colors off nicely) and stir in about a cup of blueberries. If making ahead, cover and refrigerate until needed.
