Hi, Jamie. First off, I am not a runner. I don't know if there are specialized

products for sports. I do know that liquid supplements carry a lot of punch for

the calorie. And have helped my mil get nutrition she needed when she was ill.

 

Have you tried any of the protein boosters like Tiger's milk?

I've seen fruit and chocolate flavored.

 

Does soy milk have enough protein to make a difference for you?
