Curry Marinade

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method

2 tablespoons canola oil

1/4 cup dry white wine

1 lemon -- juice of

1 tablespoon soy sauce or tamari

2 tablespoons minced shallot

1 teaspoon good curry powder -- to taste, up to 2

 

Makes about 1/2 cup

 

When it comes to grilling, a spicy marinade with a Far Eastern flavor can

be a nice change of pace from the expected.

 

Combine all the ingredients in a small container. When brushing on foods,

swirl often with the brush to keep combined.
