Guest guest Posted August 10, 2001 Report Share Posted August 10, 2001 * Exported from MasterCook * Easy Linguine Mushroom Stroganoff Recipe By : Serving Size : 4 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 1/2 onion -- diced 4 cups mushrooms -- sliced 2 tablespoons Bragg's or tamari 3 cups Vitasoy (creamy original) 2 1/2 tablespoons nutritional yeast 1/2 teaspoon sea salt 1/2 teaspoon granulated garlic 1/4 teaspoon black pepper 1 teaspoon Dr. Bronner's Bouillon 1 teaspoon granulated onion 16 ounces linguine serves 4 to 6 In a large pot, saute the onion and then add the mushroom slices, along with the Bragg's. Cover and simmer until soft. In a blender, blend the remaining ingredients, except the linguine. Pour this mixture into the pot with the onions and mushrooms. Simmer and stir frequently until sauce thickens. In a separate large pot, boil 4 quarts of salted water wiith a dash of oil. Bring to a rapid boil and add the linguine. Cook until tender. Drain noodles well in a colander. Then place the linguine into the large pot of sauce and stir. serve.
