Guest guest Posted August 9, 2001 Report Share Posted August 9, 2001 * Exported from MasterCook * Easy Carrot-Grain Loaf Recipe By : Serving Size : 0 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 2 cups brown rice -- uncooked 1 cup grain of choice -- uncooked 2 cups carrots -- grated 1/2 pound tofu 4 tablespoons water -- (4-6) garlic and onion powder, to taste 1 large onion -- diced, sauteed 3 tablespoons nutritional yeast 4 tablespoons Bragg's or tamari 7 tablespoons Tahini Dressing 1/2 teaspoon sea salt 2 tablespoons mustard (optional) -- (2-3) Cook Grains and set aside to cool. In a food processor, blend all ingredients except grains and carrots to a smooth and creamy mixture. Add this mixture to the carrots and grains. Mix.
