French Unfries

7 Idaho/russet potatoes

2 tablespoons oil

1 tablespoon Bragg's or tamari

1 teaspoon sea salt

1 tablespoon nutritional yeast

1/2 teaspoon paprika

 

Peel and cut the potatoes into strips like French fries.

 

Place in a bowl and mix with remaining ingredients.

 

Preheat oven to 375F. Lightly oil two small baking sheets (preferrably lipped).

Place the potatoes on the trays and bake for 20-40 minutes until golden brown,

switching the trays halfway through. Use a spatula to flip the fries

periodically.

 

Lightly salt, to taste.
