2 tablespoons oil

4 cups cooked potatoes -- cubed in bite-sized pieces

1 1/2 tablespoons Bragg's or tamari

2 tablespoons nutritional yeast

1 teaspoon onion powder

1/2 teaspoon sea salt

1/2 teaspoon paprika

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

 

serves 2 to 3. Heat oil in a skillet on medium heat.

 

Place the bite-sized cubed potatoes (leftover potatoes work well) in the skillet

and season with Bragg's. Add the yeast and onion powder. If potatoes are

sticking, add another tablespoon of oil. Just before the potatoes are browned,

add the sea salt, paprika, and pepper and pan fry for another minute.
