Guest guest Posted August 8, 2001 Report Share Posted August 8, 2001 * Exported from MasterCook * Lasagna Roll-Ups Recipe By : Serving Size : 4 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 8 lasagna noodles Filling: 2 cups tofu (medium-firm) -- mashed 1/4 cup nutritional yeast 1/4 cup tomato sauce 2 tablespoons tahini -- (2 to 3) 1 tablespoon parsley Sauce: 1/2 teaspoon oregano 1/2 teaspoon basil 1/2 teaspoon onion powder 1/2 teaspoon garlic granules salt and pepper to taste 3 cups tomato sauce Partially cook noodles. Drain. Rinse with cold water and drain again. In a bowl mix together filling ingredients. Lay out noodles and spread about 2 tablespoons of filling on each. Roll up tightly and place seam side down on a 9 " baking casserole. Pour sauce over roll-ups. Cover and bake for 25 minutes at 350F. Sprinkle with nutritional yeast and serve.
