Tempeh Chunks

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method

3 8 oz pieces tempeh -- steamed

4 tablespoons tamari soy sauce

4 tablespoons nutritional yeast

3 tablespoons oil

1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

 

After steaming the tempeh, allow to cool. Then cut into bite-sized chunks.

 

Marinate in a mixture of the remaining ingredients. Stir periodically

 

Oil a skillet and pan fry the chunks. Squirt with a little more Bragg's or

tamari and oil (optional) while frying. Easy and filling.
