The brilliant flavor of fresh in-season berries ends any meal stunningly. In large glass bowl, combine strawberries, raspberries, blueberries and sugar. Let stand 30 minutes at room temperature, stirring occasionally. Sprinkle with coconut and garnish with mint. Serve immediately.
