Guest guest
Hi, Well, speaking from personal experience, I can say it is very easy to gain weight :-} Pasta, rice, and breads are big downfalls of mine. Even thought they are relatively low-fat, you have to watch serving size. I haven't had meat in 30 years, and I still struggle with my weight. For me, that's what it's all about: portion control. It doesn't matter whether I eat predominantly protein, or predominantly carb, or low fat. It's how much!! - <miti <Veg-Recipes > Saturday, July 21, 2001 12:35 PM Fw: Re: Weight Issues > Along similar lines, could someone explain to me how it is possible to > gain weight on a vegetarian diet.
