Cheezy Dip

1/4 to 1/3 cup oil

1 pound tofu -- rinsed well

1/4 cup Bragg's or sea salt, to taste

5 tablespoons nutritional yeast

1/2 cup water

dash garlic powder

dash onion powder

VeganRella cheese (optional) -- grated

 

yields 4 to 5 cups. In a food processor, using the 'S' shaped blade, blend all

ingredients until smooth and creamy.

 

*Add grated VeganRella nondairy cheese and whiz for an even more flavorful dip.

*Also can be used as a topping for baked casseroles.
