Guest guest Posted July 16, 2001 Report Share Posted July 16, 2001 * Exported from MasterCook * Vegan Cheese Omelette Recipe By : Serving Size : 0 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 1 pound tofu -- mashed 2 tablespoons Bragg liquid aminos 1 cup VeganRella cheese (or alternative vegan cheese) -- grated 1/2 teaspoon turmeric 1/4 teaspoon pepper 1/2 teaspoon sea salt 2 tablespoons nutritional yeast In a bowl, mash the tofu and mix together with all ingredients. Oil a baking sheet, and place batter on it. Bake in a preheated 350F oven for 25 to 30 minutes (or lightly fry batter in a skillet).
