Vegan Cheese Omelette

1 pound tofu -- mashed

2 tablespoons Bragg liquid aminos

1 cup VeganRella cheese (or alternative vegan

cheese) -- grated

1/2 teaspoon turmeric

1/4 teaspoon pepper

1/2 teaspoon sea salt

2 tablespoons nutritional yeast

 

In a bowl, mash the tofu and mix together with all ingredients.

 

Oil a baking sheet, and place batter on it. Bake in a preheated 350F oven for

25 to 30 minutes (or lightly fry batter in a skillet).

 

Optional: Sprinkle the top with another 1/2 cup of cheese alternative and bake.
