Guest guest Posted July 16, 2001 Report Share Posted July 16, 2001 * Exported from MasterCook * Baked Granola Recipe By : Serving Size : 0 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 4 cups rolled oats 1/2 cup pecans -- chopped 1/2 cup almonds -- chopped 1 cup walnuts -- chopped 1/2 cup bran 1 cup shredded coconut 1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon 1/3 cup maple syrup 1/2 cup sunflower seeds 1 teaspoon vanilla 1/3 cup oil dash ground cloves 1 cup raisins (optional) Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. Lightly oil 2 baking sheets and bake in a preheated 275F oven. Bake on one oven rack for 25 minutes and then rotate baking sheets. Bake until golden brown, another 15 to 25 minutes.
