Tofu Cottage Cheese

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method

1 pound firm tofu -- drained, mashed

2/3 cup vegan mayonnaise

1 teaspoon sea salt (optional)

2 teaspoons onion powder

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon caraway seeds

 

Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. Store in refrigerator.
