Pineapple Avocado Salsa

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method

1 cup diced fresh pineapple -- 1/4-inch dice

2 plum tomatoes; seeded -- 1/4-inch dice

1 firm ripe avocado -- 1/4-inch dice

1/2 cup chopped Spanish onion

1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro

1 1/2 teaspoons minced fresh jalapeno chile -- with seeds

3 tablespoons fresh lime juice

3 tablespoons fresh orange juice

2 tablespoons olive oil

 

Stir all ingredients together and season with salt and pepper.
