I was looking to find a recipe for making burgers using portobello mushrooms...but they are chopped and mixed with other stuff...I saw a recipe of this sort not too long ago but can't find it...ugh...any help would be greatly appreciated...my partner is a pain when it comes to eating vegetarian meals...and I'd like to find something he would like...and he likes portobello mushrooms...
