Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method

-------- ------------ --------------------------------

1/2 12 oz package frozen mixed berries -- (about 1 2/3 cup)

1 1/2 cups lemonade or orange juice

2 tablespoons sugar

4 ice cubes

Combine the berries, lemonade or orange juice, and sugar in the container of a

blender and let sit 5 minutes to partially soften the berries.

Add the ice cubes and blend until perfectly smooth. You will probably have to

turn off the blender every so often to stir the contents that have adhered to

the sides. Taste the drink to see if it needs additional sugar. If so, blend

again. Serve in glasses with straws.

TIP: Frozen mixed berries contain strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, and

blackberries. You can make variations of this drink by using just one or two of

the frozen fruits which are also sold individually.
