Chicken Style Noodle Soup LLUMC

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method

1 1/4 ounces noodles

1 1/2 teaspoons dehydrated parsley

1/2 cup sliced carrots

1/4 cup dehydrated onions

1 tablespoon chicken flavoring

3/4 cup Worthington diced-canned chicken

1/2 cup diced celery

3 tablespoons wheat starch

5 cups water

2 tablespoons water

 

Step 1: Place all ingredients except wheat starch and 2 tablespoons water in a

large pot. Simmer until vegetables and noodles are tender.

 

Step 2: Combine 2 tablespoons water and wheat starch to form a paste. Add to

soup for thickening.

 

Step 3: Bring to boil, simmer until vegetables are the desired consistency.

Serve hot.
