Penne from Heaven (Penne with Pine Nuts)

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method

3 tablespoons margarine

1/2 cup pine nuts

1/2 cup seasoned bread crumbs

1 clove garlic -- pressed

1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley

8 ounces penne pasta

 

Melt margarine in a small pan over low heat. Add pine nuts, bread crumbs, and

garlic. Stir frequently until nuts and crumbs are golden brown. Stir in

parsley and cook for 30 seconds. Remove from heat.

 

Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and place in serving bowl.

Toss nut mixture gently into penne.
