Slim Line Salsa Tofu

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method

1 10.25-oz package kikkoman soft tofu (290g) drained

or firm tofu (297g), drained

1/2 cup bottled thick and chunky salsa

1/2 teaspoon salt

 

Cut tofu lengthwise into 3 slices; separate and drain on layers of paper towels

15 minutes. Process in covered blender or food processor container on medium

speed until smooth. Combine with salsa and salt. Cover and refrigerate at least

1 hour to blend flavors.

NOTES : Kikkoman makes two types of tofu -- soft (290g) and firm (297g) -- both

Silken style. Both are available in shell stable packages that need no
