Guest guest Posted June 29, 2001 Report Share Posted June 29, 2001 * Exported from MasterCook * Creamy Sesame Dip Tofu Recipe By :Kikkoman Intl, San Francisco, CA Serving Size : 0 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Dips Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 1 10.25-oz package kikkoman soft tofu (290g) drained or firm tofu (297g), drained 1 tablespoon sesame seeds -- toasted 2 tablespoons lemon juice 2 tablespoons kikkoman soy sauce 1 teaspoon oriental sesame seed oil or tahini for flavor 1 teaspoon minced fresh ginger root 3/4 teaspoon sugar 1 small clove garlic -- pressed 1 tablespoon instant minced onion Drain tofu on layers of paper towels 5 minutes. Meanwhile, measure next 7 ingredients into blender or food processor container. Cover and process on medium speed until sesame seed are crushed. Add tofu; process until smooth. Stir in instant minced onions. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour to blend flavors. Description: " A rich and creamy dip made without high-calorie, high-fat mayonnaise or sour cream.
