Cook on medium heat one hour, stirring occasionally. Add water as needed to maintain desired consistency. Can be made in a slow cooker/crockpot and left to cook all day. 6 servings, each 113 calories: 7% from fat (0.99 g), 73% from carbohydrates (22.3 g), 20% from protein (6.2 g).
