Guest guest Posted June 26, 2001 Report Share Posted June 26, 2001 * Exported from MasterCook * Pickled-Ginger Dressing Recipe By : The Sacred Kitchen, Robin and Jon Robertson, page 192 Serving Size : 1 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Salads, Dressings Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 1 large scallion -- minced 1 garlic clove -- minced 2 tablespoons toasted sesame oil 2 tablespoons tamari sauce 1/4 cup rice vinegar 1/2 cup pickled ginger -- drained 1 tablespoon sesame seeds Makes about 1 cup This palate-pleasing dressing can be used on a salad of mixed greens or as a dipping sauce for norimakis, crudites, or spring rolls (see separate recipes). Combine all the ingredients in a blender or food processor and mix until thoroughly blended.
