Tofu Cream

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method

8 ounces soft tofu

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

3 1/2 ounces maple syrup

1 tablespoon sunflower oil

1 teaspoon flaxseeds oil

 

This makes an excellent substitute for dairy cream and can be used as a topping

for a fruit salad or on any desserts where you would normally use cream.

 

Combine all ingredients in a blender until smooth.
