Tofu Dip for Raw Vegetables

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method

1 tablespoon sesame oil

1 teaspoon flaxseed oil

freshly ground sea salt

1/2 teaspoon grated root ginger

8 ounces soft tofu

 

Put all the ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth,

adding just enough water, a little at a time, to get a good dipping consistency.

 

Variation: you can add a tablespoon or two of tahini for even more flavor and

goodness.
