One of them actually tasted pretty good. I just thought I'd share the recipe with you all. If you really cannot handle the taste of Wheatgrass, or anything kind of bitter, then I suggest you don't try it. This drink is completely vegan, too. I named it " Ruoz Juice. " lol. Ruoz Juice 1) Put the following in a blender: -Wheatgrass juice (about one ounce) -Cherries (3-5) -Lemonade (about 8 and a half ounces) -Strawberries (2-3) -Ice cubes (3-4) 2) Blend. 3) Enjoy! NOTE: Perfect Foods INC. states, " It's best to drink Wheatgrass juice on an empty stomach at least 30 minutes before a vegetable sprout meal or 1 hour before a heavy meal. Typical usage could be from one to four ounces per day. " NOTE: Instead of using lemonade, you can also use apple juice, carrot juice, pineapple juice, etc. You can also put your choice of fruit in it; you don't have to use strawberries or cherries.
