This is a refreshing summer drink to set you up for the day. It delivers good amounts of phytoestrogens from the soy milk and antioxidants from the fruit. Strawberries contain more vitamin C than any other berry so they are good for the immune system and also help to produce collagen for skin and bone health. Put all the ingredients in a food processor with a handful of ice cubes and process until smooth. If necessary, sweeten to taste with a little honey.
