Serve this creamy dipping sauce in small bowls alongside the First-Sign-of-Spring Rolls (see separate recipe). The chili paste can be adjusted to suit your preferred level of hotness. In a small bowl or blender, stir or blend all the ingredients together until well combined. Taste and adjust the seasoning.
