In case it might not go over well, I also made " regular " mashed potatoes. These went *fast*, so I had to turn the rest of the regular mashed potatoes into chipotle! I got the recipe from the back of the Frontera Chipotle Salsa jar: * Exported from MasterCook * Chipotle Mashed Potatoes (Frontera) Recipe By : Serving Size : 6 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Potatoes Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 2 pounds Yukon Gold potatoes -- peeled if you wish & cut into 1 1/2 " chunks 1/2 cup Frontera Chipotle Salsa 1/2 cup milk or half and half 4 tablespoons softened butter -- (to 6 tbsp) 1 teaspoon salt 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro Simmer potatoes in salted water until tender, about 20 minutes. Drain and return potatoes to pan. Add remaining ingredients and 1 teaspoon of salt.
