Baby Bok Choy with Ginger

4 baby bok choy

1/4 cup balsamic vinegar

1 tablespoon fresh ginger -- peeled and slivered

1/4 cup soy sauce

2 tablespoon water

 

Cut bok choy in half length-wise and steam cut side down for 4 minutes, or until

tender. Remove to a large platter.

 

Meanwhile, whisk together soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, water and ginger.

 

Drizzle sauce over bok choy (choi) and serve.
