Philly Sub GardenBurger

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method

1 french roll

1 GardenBurger original veggie patty

provolone or monterey jack cheese -- sliced

thin slices of red and yellow peppers

thin slices of red onion

thin slices of mushrooms

cooking spray

 

Lightly coat non-stick saute pan with cooking spray. Add onions, bell peppers

and mushrooms and saute on medium high heat until tender. While vegetable

mixture is cooking, cook GardenBurger Original in non-stick pan for

approximately 8-10 minutes. Cut patties in half and place halves side by side on

the French roll. Top with cheese and sauteed vegetables. Serve hot.
