Add onions, bell peppers and mushrooms and saute on medium high heat until tender. While vegetable mixture is cooking, cook GardenBurger Original in non-stick pan for approximately 8-10 minutes. Cut patties in half and place halves side by side on the French roll. Top with cheese and sauteed vegetables. Serve hot.
