GardenBurger Calzone

2 GardenBurger sauteed onion veggie patties

3 green onions -- chopped

1/2 cup sliced mushrooms

2 tablespoons sliced ripe olives

1/2 cup prepared pizza sauce

1 cup shredded low fat mozzarella cheese

1 10-oz package refrigerated pizza dough

 

Saute onion in oil in medium skillet. Add pizza sauce and bring to boil; remove

from heat. Toast GardenBurger Sauteed Onion veggie patties and break into

bite-size pieces. Roll pizza dough to a 12-inch round. Spray a baking pan with

non-stick spray; place dough on pan. Spoon sauce on half of dough, leaving

1-inch of dough around edges. Distribute pieces of veggie patties on sauce;

sprinkle with mushrooms, olives and cheese. Moisten edges of dough with water.

Fold dough in half over filling. Seal edges by pressing with a fork. Prick top

with fork to allow steam to escape. Bake at 375oF for 25 to 30 minutes or until

crust is lightly browned.
