Chik'n Fajita GardenBurger

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method

1 GardenBurger chik'n grill patty

red and yellow peppers -- thin strips

1 1.25 oz package fajita seasoning mix

1/3 cup water

chopped fresh cilantro or parsley

chopped onions

2 fajita-size tortillas (6-inch) -- warmed

 

Lightly coat non-stick Saute pan with cooking spray. Add onions, bell peppers

and Saute on medium-high heat until tender. Stir in fajita seasoning mix and

water and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low, stirring occasionally, for 3 to 4

minutes. While vegetable mixture is cooking, microwave Chik'n Grill patty on

high for 90 seconds until hot in center. When done, chop patty into strips.

Remove vegetable mixture from heat; stir in cilantro or parsley and Chick'n

strips. Spoon into tortillas and wrap.
