Crisp Pita Chips

6 pieces whole-wheat pita bread

1 teaspoon olive oil -- or double

garlic granules -- to taste

chili powder -- to taste

paprika -- to taste

salt -- to taste

 

Preheat the oven to 350F. Brush the tops of the pita breads very lightly with

olive oil, then sprinkle with garlic granules, chili powder, paprika, and salt.

Cut each piece into 6 triangular wedges and spread in a single layer on 2 baking

sheets. Bake until very crispy, 20 to 25 minutes.
