Brush the tops of the pita breads very lightly with olive oil, then sprinkle with garlic granules, chili powder, paprika, and salt. Cut each piece into 6 triangular wedges and spread in a single layer on 2 baking sheets. Bake until very crispy, 20 to 25 minutes.
