Beat together milk and egg in a small bowl. Place crumbs on a sheet of waxed paper. Dip each zucchini strip in egg mixture, then in crumbs, turning to coat evenly. Place strips on baking sheet which has been sprayed with nonstick cooking spray. Bake in 400-degree oven for 8 minutes; turn and bake 7 minutes more or until golden brown.
