Try this delicious, reduced-fat version of guacamole with baked tortilla chips or as a topping on burritos or tostados. Makes 2 cups. Place the drained garbanzo beans and garlic in a food processor and process until smooth. Add the green onions, tomato, avocado, lemon juice, chili peppers, and salt. lend in short bursts until chunky. Serve on a bed of fresh leaf lettuce.
