In a medium bowl, combine 3 tablespoons water and the chicken-style seasoning. Add the tofu to the mixture and marinate for 15 to 20 minutes. After marinating, place the cubes on a nonstick baking sheet and bake 1 1/2 hours in a 200F oven, turning occasionally. The tofu will brown slightly and will shrink to about half its original size.
