Guest guest Posted June 4, 2001 Report Share Posted June 4, 2001 * Exported from MasterCook * Papaya-Mint Salsa Recipe By : Serving Size : 0 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Appetizers Condiments Mexican Salsas, Sauces & Spreads Vegetarian Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 1 small white onion -- peeled and quarted 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves -- peeled, quartered and seeded 2 ripe papayas 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper 1/8 teaspoon salt Chop the onion and mint together finely using a mezzaluna or small knife--do not use a food processer. Add the papaya in 2 batches, and chop.
