If I want to add grilled corn to a salad or soup, this is the method I rely on. The corn picks up the maximum grill flavor this way. 1. Prepare a medium-hot fire in the grill. 2. Brush the corn with the olive oil or butter. 3. Grill the corn, turning occasionally, until tender and grill-marked, about 10 minutes.
