I was eating breakfast when I realized I'd neglected to mention that when I made

the Mushroom Seitan Stroganoff, I followed the suggestion to serve it over

steamed broccoli. It was delightful, and gets my top recommendation!

Red Rogue Dressing

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method

1 cup fresh tomatoes -- seeded and chopped

2 tablespoons nutritional yeast flakes

3/4 cup water

3 tablespoons olive oil

1/2 teaspoon sea salt

1/2 teaspoon thyme

1/2 teaspoon dill

2 cloves garlic -- chopped

1/4 teaspoon freshly cracked black pepper

 

Blend all the ingredients in a blender until smooth and creamy. Keep leftovers

in a bottle in the fridge.
