Guest guest Posted May 31, 2001 Report Share Posted May 31, 2001 * Exported from MasterCook * Sweet Sesame Bok Choy Recipe By :A Celebration of Wellness Serving Size : 4 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 1 small bunch bok choy -- sliced 2 tablespoons soy sauce -- divided 1/4 cup mirin 1 tablespoon honey (or maple syrup) 2 tablespoons rice vinegar 2 tablespoons sesame seeds -- lightly toasted Steam bok choy lightly, until tender but crisp, 5 minutes. Stir 1 tablespoon soy sauce, mirin, and honey together in a small saucepan. Heat until everything dissolves. Toss bok choy with rice vinegar, remaining soy sauce, and sesame seeds.
