Guest guest Posted May 30, 2001 Report Share Posted May 30, 2001 I just noticed that I didn't " clean up " the last one - Broccoli and Tofu in a Spiced Orange Carrot Sauce - sorry. * Exported from MasterCook * Boca Tenders Parmesan Recipe By : Serving Size : 2 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 1 pkg. Boca Tenders -- (5.5 oz.) 1 1/2 cups marinara or spaghetti sauce 1/2 cup reduced fat shredded mozzarella cheese -- (2 oz.) 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese 1. Heat Boca Tenders in skillet sprayed with non-stick cooking spray 4 to 5 minutes on each side on medium heat. 2. Preheat oven to 375° F 3. Spread sauce in bottom of 8-inch square baking dish. Top with Boca Tenders and cheeses. 4. Bake 15 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Makes 2 servings. 5. Top of stove method: Omit baking dish step. Heat Boca Tenders as directed; add sauce to skillet. Heat 5 minutes or until simmering; top with cheeses. Reduce heat to medium-low; simmer covered 2 minutes or until cheese is melted.
