Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method

-------- ------------ --------------------------------

1 papaya (or 2*) -- halved and seeded, skinned and chopped

2 small bananas (try apple bananas) -- sliced

2 cups pineapple -- chopped

1 mango -- chopped

1/2 cup raisins

1 apple (skin if not organic) -- cored and chopped

1 orange -- chopped

2 tablespoons lemon juice (or lime)

1 teaspoon honey (optional)

1 kiwi fruit -- sliced--use also as a garnish

Serves 4 as a main dish/6 as a side. Add fresh cut fruit to a large work bowl.

Mix honey and lemon together. Toss them into the fruit bowl with your hands.

Adjust honey/lemon mixture to taste. Chill. The lemon prevents the

discoloration of the freshly chopped fruit.

*Note: Use a llarge " sunrise " papaya or 2 smaller ones.
